     SIVART INNOVATIONS of Texas is a new start up that is working toward new and innovative ways to address environmental issues while working on smaller projects to generate revenue for the larger projects. 

We offer consulting with Quality Assurance, Lock Out/ Tag Out, and Safety for the Electrical Trade. 

     We have learned from experience that many small construction and industrial companies are not well informed on LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) Procedures. We want to help educate these companies regardless of their size. 

     Reality is that all companies must consider their liability as a priority. Liability is also our concern, but so is the safety of personnel and visitors. 
Equipment is a concern, but equipment can be replaced.  This does not mean that steps to protect equipment should be overlooked. 

     All LOTO concerns should be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We would like to offer our knowledge on addressing your LOTO and Safety concerns.

     We offer links to LOTO and other Safety resources on this site (Links are currently being developed). Please be advised that breaker lock out devices should be selected for the type of breaker it is locking out.

     Construction safety is every ones concern, from those directly effected to those in the offices overseeing operations. Safety is a necessary expenditure. With the right safety programs and adherence to those programs the risk of accidents can be greatly reduced.

     We also have decades of construction site and industrial safety experience that we want to use to help your company. Minimizing OSHA violations is improving safety on the worksite. That should be every ones goal.

     Unfortunately, the human element is the problem. People take shortcuts, think they can perform an unsafe act because of over confidence, or not being mindful of the dangers they face.
